ASHI, the American Heart Association® (AHA), and the American National Red Cross (ARC) are the largest providers of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid training in the United States. ASHI training programs are equivalent to the training programs developed and administered by the AHA and the ARC, and the ASHI CPR and AED course conforms to the 2020 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC. HSI, like the AHA and ARC, is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Pre-Hospital Continuing Education (CAPCE). To learn more about ASHI accreditation and content, click here.
